CHALLENGES AND SUCESSES
Challenges
To install software across a 2000 client base that would test their ability to use an application
National Air Traffic Services (NATS) to testing competency before being allowed onto the live
system. Each user's line manager was informed when a test had been completed with the results.
Successes
Working as part of the e-learning team, I was able to successfully install training components,
which deployed modules onto each user's profile. I designed and created the training environment
that tested the client, and then informed the users Manager when they had passed the test at a set
level and before being allowed access to live systems.

CHALLENGES AND SUCESSES
The main challenge was to motivate the students to complete their assessments. Success was achieved
by a combination guidance of hard work and humor. Rather than just present students with a
paper-based assignment, I would create a computer model of what was needed, set aims and objectives
whilst supporting students each step of the way.
