I have worked with mobile radio networks for the past 10 years. In this time I have covered all aspects of roll-out of radio networks: site acquisition, planing, design, ordering equipment, measuring and accepting. For the planing I have used TEMS Cellplaner, Atoll and general Geographical Information Systems (GIS) SW. I have analysed drive tests done with both TEMS and Nemo and come up with optimization suggestions based on parameter and network changes. I have numerous courses in UMTS and LTE and extensive work experience with GSM.
Lately my work has evolved more about data analysis and statistics, primarily from mobile network data. Through that work I have gained excelent knowledge of R (statistical language) and relational databases.
