recommendations for proactively network capacity upgrading and performance
optimization.
Perform the software specifications for customer's experience by defining KPI formula and
analyzing their perspective and requirements in regard to the network performance.
Perform the business analysis of the software which would aggregate all network data




from multiple countries and lead the testing phase of the product.

Operate with different telecommunication technologies such as LTE, UMTS, GSM.
Develop RAN software, dedicated for different operating centers in Europe Plan, test,
execute, implement new parameters in order to optimize radio network.
Activities of optimization and troubleshooting for different Huawei hardware equipment
Follow certain KPIs and life-cycle of software equipment. Implement new techniques of
optimization.
Create new strategies in order to optimize the radio network Coordinate with quality and
radio frequency team, in order to improve the performance of the network

Serve the first point of contact for Heinz employees, seeking technical assistance over
phone or email.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Determine the best solution based on the details provided by the person who called and
walk him through through the problem-solving process.
Record events, problems and their resolution in logs, with the help of a ticketing system.
Follow-up and update customer status and information.
Escalate unsolved issues to the appropriate level of support Identify and suggest possible
improvements on procedures.
