- Proficient in virtualization technologies as NFV, SDN, OpenStack and platforms as KVM, ESXi and tools as VMWare, Virtual Box, Workstation, vCentre, etc
- Good experience of operational & n/w infrastructure support, customer feature requests & requirements analysis for PS services with TAC, pre-sales & deployment teams.
- Good Exposure and experience in lab testing, acceptance (UAT), load/performance and Interop testing of mobility and network solutions.
- Experience with various mobility and wireless test equipment’s, protocol monitors, traffic generators, automation tools, and 3GPP standards.
- Excellent knowledge & experience in test case design, development, planning, execution and results from analyses with an understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Good exposure to field testing & issue debugging, client interaction, field trials, and marketing teams support.
- Experience with handling, prioritization, and direct communication with customers regarding status/resolution plan, and escalation management.
