    •   Challenge: Mindshare got O365 from the parent company with the condition to introduce it. In the first step, this was done without consulting, in an unstructured way , without process analysis and training. Since the result was not satisfactory, it was decided to restart with the sporting goal of completing the project by the end of 2019 / beginning of 2020.
