Project history

Implementation of  Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system
I was running 8 projects at a time, implementing ERP system at the plants (Food & Beverage Industry)
Responsibilities: project documentation development, closely work with the developers, business analysts and the customers across North America

Transition from MFG/PRO to SAP in manufacturing facility.
The purpose of this project was to transfer all operations from MFG/PRO so SAP (Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, QQA, QC, Distribution, Purchasing, shipping, sales) to the new system (SAP). My role was mixed: I served as project manager, as business system analyst, as data mapper from MFG/PRO to SAP  and as a middle-man between two business teams - in Steinbach, MB and Laval, QC

Full assessment of an R&D department  and final recommendation about business processes and potential new software 

MFG/PRO Implementation to replace SAP in manufacturing facility in Laval, Quebec.
The purpose of this project was to transition operations from SAP to MFG/PRO (Distribution and Finance only)

MFG/PRO Implementation to replace an old ERP System in manufacturing facility in Laval, Quebec.
The purposes of this project was to transition al aspect of the facility operations (Finance,Distribution, Planning, manufacturing, QA, QC, Sales) to the new ERP system - MFG/PRO, including multi-language functionality

Kronos Upgrade and Labour Collection System Implementation
The goal of the project is to upgrade Kronos time and attendance system to the latest version and to implement Kronos labour collection functionality integrated with MFG/PRO ERP system

Inter-company Distribution Implementation
The goal of the project was to implement complex inter-company distribution system to transfer materials and products between facilities in Canada, US, Barbados and Ireland

Enterprise Asset Management System Implementation (2 years long project)

The goal of this project was to implement GRS (Global Requisitioning System) in the manufacturing company. Included business analysis, solution design, user training.

MFG/PRO Upgrade to eB2.1
Managed the system upgrade from the client side (technical part) from version 9.0 to eB2.1 with domains. Supervised the IT team – developer, EDI specialist, functional specialist

Process Automation Design and Implementation

The scope included 22 production databases and 9 facilities in North America, Caribbean and Europe. Special Transactions Design and Implementation
The goal of this project was to improve inventory management process and variance reporting across manufacturing facilities, by creating a set of tools for warehouse operators.
