Primarily responsible for an analysis of all work activities carried out across all NATO NCIA Service Areas, Service Lines, and sites as part of NATO NCIA ESDM (Enterprise Service Delivery Management) planning. >20K data items were consolidated to create an excel spreadsheet database showing how ~90 activities were distributed across each of the Service Areas, Service Lines and sites. On reaching agreement with each of the sites and Service Owners, this data was then used to help create the SDP's (Service Delivery Plans) required for the next phase of the ESDM Planning activity.
