Project 1: SAP HCM Implementation for Afcons Infrastructure, Shapporji Pallonji group

Role: Project Manager

Aim of this project was to solve workforce management challenges in an infrastructure company. It was a

fixed price project requiring end to end implementation of SAP HCM along with design, development and

deployment of manpower planning system for client's project workforce.

? Managed end-to-end SAP HCM implementation using ASAP Methodology including project profitability,

strategic direction, stakeholder management, project planning, process mapping, process design inputs

and sign-offs, billing and resource management. Peak team size was 15 members.

? Implemented Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Performance

Management System (PMS), Payroll (PY), Training and Event Management (TEM) sub modules of SAP

HCM including Manpower Planning and ESS MSS.

? Achieved more than estimated profit margin for the project through effective resource planning.

? Tracked and reported delivery matrices to client management and Capgemini delivery excellence team.


Project 2: SAP Service Delivery for a leading Beverage company in Europe

Role: Service Delivery Manager

? Managed end-to-end offshore support service delivery of SAP processes (Order to Cash, Procure to

Pay, Plan to Load, APO, Reporting Services, ABAP, Advanced Analytics & HANA Cloud Platform) with a

team of 140+ people.

? Led and managed a cross functional team of managers, business analysts and developers

? Managed SLA targets, client communications, Major Incidence Management, weekly-monthly-yearly

reporting, matrices reporting and quality audit compliance.

? Responsible for appraisals, identifying training needs, communication through 1-1 meetings, workshops

and process knowledge sharing

? Induction of new members and bringing them up to speed

? Overseeing new project estimation and resource allocation

? Proactively drive innovation through idea generation, evaluation and implementation

? Engage with vendor partner team for specific skill-set

Project 1: SAP Delivery Assurance for offshore implementation delivery for Enzen

Role: Consultant

Aim was to establish delivery assurance function for deliveries by offshore for a leading UK based energy

utility company as a part of Business Transformation program.

? Delivery assurance consulting for SAP implementation. Responsible for setting up processes for offshore

delivery team ensuring minimum defects in offshore delivered objects.

? Implemented delivery assurance process to sustain quality deliverables of SAP custom objects.

Project 1: Project Levercare: SAP CRM Implementation for Unilever India

Role: Project Manager

Implementation of SAP CRM for Unilever, India enabling them to effectively handle consumer complaints,

queries and feedback about Unilever products.

? End-to-end implementation of SAP CRM for Unilever India on behalf of Bristlecone. Managed

implementation of SAP CRM 2006s Interaction Centre, Business Warehouse (BW) for SAP CRM &

corresponding analytical reporting solution using ASAP methodology.

? Managed 15 member core implementation team for first SAP CRM implementation in Unilever India SAP

landscape and consistently achieved deliveries under budget and stringent timeline.

? Responsible for strategic direction, process reviews, documentation reviews, functional and technical

reviews and ABAP code review on technical front and managed project P&L, adherence to timelines and

CSAT project ratings from project management perspective. Successful delivery led to further up-sell

opportunities for Bristlecone.

? Client team received global award for this project. This project was showcased at SAP Summit 2008 in

Mumbai India.

Project 1: Project Fusion: SAP Implementation for Unilever India

Role: SAP PP and PM Consultant

? Worked with Unilever and IBM teams during Business blueprint phase.

? Successfully completed process design on SAP PP and SAP PM. As a part of process design visited

manufacturing facilities of client to study As-Is process and conducted workshops with user groups

Project B: GSAP: Global SAP Implementation for Shell Petroleum UK

Role: Global Asset Management Excellence Lead Consultant

? Successfully completed SAP PM process-design for Global SAP implementation. Global Asset

Management Excellence (GAME) processes were identified as a crucial part for downstream processes

of this oil major.

? Engaged with country specific local teams in Malaysia and UK to drive local implementation from London

head office.

? Led data conversion specification preparation and development for asset management objects. This

required harmonisation of data between As-Is structure and To-Be design.

? Trained offshore consultants on SAP PM Processes specific to Shell requirements.


Project C: Service Procurement Process Implementation for Intel US with IBM US

Role: Lead SAP Consultant

Service management processes for Intel's small repair service to large construction management projects.

? Co-led a team of consultants from IBM India and IBM US to successfully complete process design for

service procurement processes. This was done using SAP PM and SAP MM along with a third party tool.

? Conducted design workshops with client user teams based out of Arizona US.


Project D: Product Management functional QA for BaaN Process Solutions

Role: Lead Planning and Scheduling Consultant

Managing product development in manufacturing track for BaaN's bi-weekly worldwide releases.

? Biweekly release of new product features and product defect fixes.

? Development of functional specifications to achieve functional objectives.

? Development of test scenarios for testing the new functionalities and defect fixes. Testing included unit,

system and regression testing.

? Managed project communications, adherence to delivery timelines and CSAT project rating.

? As Engineering Single point of contact, Supported SAP implementation core team on Engineering

processes. Supported core group on SAP PP and SAP PM Process requirements.

? Conducted training on SAP PP process as a part of end user training.

? Prepared decision support system for engineering group using VB and Excel which reduced customer

inquiry effort by 80%.

? Designed and delivered 6 nos. downhill conveyer motors as export substitute for NMDC India.
