Skills

Processes
CMM/CMMi, SPICE, ISO 9000, RUP (Rational Unified Process), SCRUM, eXtreme Programming, V-Modell 97

I have about 10 years of intensive experience with the above stated models and frameworks. They are an important reference in my daily process work. Especially the CMMi and the Rational Unified Process can be found in many of the processes I introduced successfully during the last 10 years.

Languages
C, C++, Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML/DTD, ASP, SQL, PHP, Smarty, Ajax, JSON, RSS, Pascal, Modula-2, UML

I prefer to use C or C++ for developing embedded systems, depending on the resources of the system (14 years); for IT applications is prefer Java under Eclipse (10 years), for web applications I use MySQL, PHP, HTML, Javascript, and Smarty; I also use JSON or Ajax (4 years). For modeling I use UML 2.0. I’m experienced in using XML (6 years).

Tools
Rational Tools (Rose, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Requisite Pro), Telelogic Doors, GNU Tools (make, bash, rcs, cvs, gcc, bison, flex), JUnit, C++ Builder, JBuilder, Delphi, Eclipse, Enterprise Architect, HP Quality Center

I use the Rational tool suite and Telelogic Doors since 9 years, the GNU tools since 14 years. I also use Delphi and the C++ Builder since 14 years, the JBuilder since 7 years. I use Eclipse and JUnit since they’re available. Recently I stepped over the Enterprise Architect and I’m fascinated by its features and price. I use it for all architecture and design activities since.

Databases
MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle

During my studies I used Oracle. Since 9 years I develop with the SQL Server, and since 5 years I develop with MySQL. I’m experienced in the conception and design of databases and the implementation with Stored Procedures.

Industries
Automotive, Gaming, Semiconductors, Insurance

I worked in the Gaming industry for 4 years (video slot machines). Previously I worked 4 years in the Automotive industry in research. I worked for 3 years in the automotive industry again in my last position. Since half a year I work in the semiconductors industry.
