Skills
In all my work experiences I was involved with the analysis of data in some way. My first professional experience was in 2015, when I moved to Germany for a year and a half as an exchange student attending the Technische Universität München. During my time there, I worked as an Intern for Reifenäuser for 3 months, where I developed a database in SQL Server to store information about many of the company's extrusion equipment.
Once I returned to Brazil, my homeland, I started working as part of the Robotic Process Automation team in Experian Brazil. With ambitious goals, our team of only 4 people managed to develop over 10 bots only in the first year, each of them executing a different and complex finance process. The total cost avoidance we achieved with the bots was equivalent to over 35 FTEs, or around 500,000 dollars. I was actively involved in most of the bots delivered, being the only developer in a couple of them. These bots were mainly developed using Automation Anywhere, Python (using libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-Learn), JavaScript, and VBA. Besides developing them, I also created dashboards in Splunk (a data analysis application) for each bot, indicating its health, times ran, cost avoided, and other relevant information.
More recently, I was a Business Technology Consultant for Alvarez & Marsal for 1,5 years, where I had to create dashboards and analyze data from the client's IT operations, mostly looking to improve their performance and optimize costs. I regularly used Excel and Power BI to create comprehensible dashboards that were utilized to better understand the client's operation and usually create an extensive PowerPoint report indicating points of improvement.
I currently work as a freelancer at Le Wagon in Munich as an Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher for the Data Science Bootcamp.
