I currently work in the Commercial and Business Intelligence Area. I have the challenge of transforming and automating the current processes that the institution is working on. My functions are to automate the information capture processes with Python, implementation of decision models and interactive dashboards in Power Bi, Data Studio and Tableu. In addition to contributing to the generation of commercial campaigns at the country level.
Previusly i join the Management and Support Team as Data Analysis to collaborate, detect and improve business opportunities. I worked mainly in automating the process of gathering information and generating reports in PowerBi and Data Studio. I supported the generation of commercial and operational campaigns, as well as the contact centers that the institution currently has.
