* Provide troubleshooting, analysis and, solution for technical problems.
* Emergencies handling over core network nodes.
* Escalate and follow-up on technical problems with vendors.
* Technical support to internal customers to ensure smooth projects' implementation.
* Solve performance issues raised by performance & quality team.
* New technologies rollout.
* Working closely with design team and suppliers to validate HLD, LLD and new
products.

Orange Egypt

* Reviewing designs and implementing for the entire IP network including LAN, WAN
and Security with Cisco Routers and Switches, Firewalls, Juniper Firewalls.
* Administer, test and maintain Core Data Network elements and links in all core sites
including but not limited to routers, switches , load balancers and network security
devices in addition to any other component added to the network that protect core
services while communicating and working with corresponding service providers
* Testing and acceptance of new data network equipment such as Cisco ASR9k
* Maintaining Security access to the network through different vendor's security
platforms like: Juniper SRX, Fortigate, and Cisco ASA.
* Configuring the services end to end over Cisco MPLS (CRS, ASR 9000 and GSR
12000).
* Performing analysis and diagnosis on complex network problems.
* Evaluating and implementing new or advanced networking technologies.
* Understanding the customer's needs and requirements and translate it into IP
solution.

* Provide high level support for escalated cases and handle emergency cases which
require fast and strict intervention.
* managing team tasks and monitoring business flow and setting each team member
objectives based on his capabilities by the way that guarantee achieving company overall
objectives.
