Senior Platform Engineer, Technical Lead, Test Analyst

Currently working as Senior Platform Lead for Service Virtualization for NBN co Australia.
Responsibility includes planning, creating services and managing all Service virtualization
projects/tracks across the organisation. Also holds same responsibilities as pervious Technical Lead
role as below.

Worked as Automation Test Lead for client NBN co Australia.
Excellent working experience in:
* Service Virtualization Requirement Gathering.
* Discussing/analysing the requirements with architects, development/testing team for functional
& performance Virtualization, Automation API Testing.
* Environment setup, firewall burn and server/database configuration/setup/ maintenance.
* Broadcom DevTest (CA LISA) and other software installation and licensing maintenance.
* Configuring and maintaining AWS Servers EC2 instances and RDS instances for virtualization and
API automation testing.
* Creating different artifacts and documentation which includes Virtual Model/ Framework
Designing/Build, Virtual Design Document (VDD) and Handover documents.
* Building/ Coding different frameworks for Virtualization & API framework, and Unit testing of
models before deployment and certifying the model.
* Model Deployment, Test data configuration and drive an automation led approach for testing
across various environments such as DEV, Unit, System, Regression, SIT, UAT and Performance.
* Create and deploy various CD-CI frameworks (Jenkins) to validate automated test framework for
API testing.
* Took ownership of Stories and Epics in JIRA to create virtualization framework and creating
test automation for API projects.
* Maintaining Confluence with latest updates on API projects and creating confluence page for
virtualization features in functional and performance domain.
* Coordinating virtualization & Automation activities with onsite, offshore team of 14-20
members.
* Help testing team to identifying raise defects in JIRA and adhere to Process and Procedures.
* Worked on estimating efforts/proposals for service virtualization and automation testing.
* Interactions with dev team and architects for defect fixes.
* Providing Knowledge transfer and training.
Technical Achievements/KPIs:
* Created fully functional Virtual Network components for Fulfillment, Assurance and Test
Diagnostics application in nbn. This removed dependencies over actual network devices required
for testing, and it consists of ~120+ services/operations.
* Virtual network framework can support multiple environments/scenarios like Functional
(positive/negative scenarios) and Performance (Stress/ Load/ Peak).
* Created Service Catalogue at organization level, so that any team can find services/operations
endpoint and do their required testing.
* Virtualized almost all nbn major services of fulfillment, assurance, and Test& Diagnostics
applications for Customer Validation environment (CVT) for access seekers like Telstra/
Vodafone/Optus to do their testing.
* Created API testing frameworks (along with CI/CD) for all new API(RESTful) services in nbn, for
around 2300+ test cases to run in ~48 minutes.

Previous worked as Automation Test Analyst for clients like Telstra (Australia) and All State
Insurance (USA).

* SOA Automation testing for functional and Performance testing.
* Service Virtualization scripting/ execution and support.
* Test Scenarios Preparation and Test Case designing for functional and performance testing.

* Performing Average, Peak, Endurance and Stress Testing on web services.
* Performing Batch Performance Testing using tools like Ca DevTest (LISA), FTP client and/or
