Description

Looking for an experienced WordPress developer/ coder to complete the following without the use of any plugins:

  • Combine external JavaScript
  • Parallelize downloads across hostnames
  • Remove query strings from static resources
  • Combine external CSS
  • Decrease page load time to under 3 seconds
  • Decrease page size to under 1.6 MB
  • Have site display image immediately when loading and remove blinking dot when page loads
  • Add Expires headers
  • Make fewer HTTP requests

These updates need to work properly on all platforms, desktop, mobile, i-pad.
