L2/L3 Support in CA Service Desk Manager (m/f)
At least 4 Years of L2/L3 support experience in CA Service Desk Manager
• Strong Knowledge in CA Service Desk APIs and Sound knowledge in CA SDM Web services
• Strong Knowledge in SPEL, HTMPL, JavaScript/HTML/CSS/AJAX, XML, SOAP, JSON
• Good understanding in PERL programming and basic SQL
• Knowledge of ITIL service management processes; Preferably ITIL Foundation certified
• Good knowledge in Oracle database
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix environments
• Good to have understanding in PHP, Unix
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Good experience in business consulting and technical consulting
• Capability to work in a self-organized and agile environment + Developer skills
German Nice to have but not mandatory
English fluent mandatory
Mode of Hiring : Fixed Term contract 1year with option for extension
