Summary:

The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for creating and managing paid search campaigns that drive traffic to our E-commerce. This role supports the Search Marketing Lead with all SEM efforts, including reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, collaborative and has an understanding of ROI-oriented E-commerce marketing and Internet advertising models.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage PPC accounts/campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
  • Manage Search and Display campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
  • Analyze SEM/PPC campaign results and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly.
  • Develop strategies across all marketing channels to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • 1+ years paid search experience for a corporate environment
  • Deep knowledge of the SEM industry and the PPC advertising model.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), as well as how to use these tools in SEM/PPC campaigns
  • Significant experience building keyword lists
  • Ability to write and test ad copy across campaigns
  • Bid optimization and campaign budget management experience
  • Google AdWords certification
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
