Summary:
The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for creating and managing paid search campaigns that drive traffic to our E-commerce. This role supports the Search Marketing Lead with all SEM efforts, including reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, collaborative and has an understanding of ROI-oriented E-commerce marketing and Internet advertising models.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage PPC accounts/campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
- Manage Search and Display campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
- Analyze SEM/PPC campaign results and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly.
- Develop strategies across all marketing channels to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads
- 1+ years paid search experience for a corporate environment
- Deep knowledge of the SEM industry and the PPC advertising model.
- Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), as well as how to use these tools in SEM/PPC campaigns
- Significant experience building keyword lists
- Ability to write and test ad copy across campaigns
- Bid optimization and campaign budget management experience
- Google AdWords certification
- Google Analytics certification
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
