Consultant position description
Consultant to administer the daily operations of IT Access Mgmt for external partners. Tools used to perform tasks are SharePoint, Excel and Outlook.
Job description
Responsibilities:
Perform access management for all new external consultants and contractors within IT organization
Monitor expiring contract and communicate with the respective responsibles regarding extension/re-allocation
Maintain Sharepoint access management site
Run regular data audits to ensure data accuracy
Communication with IT stakeholders
Maintain distribution lists, groups, etc. in Outlook and Sharepoint
Support Super User network activities
Support training content development activities
