User Experience Research Specialist (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Focus on usability optimisations in the form of expert reviews, in-house tests or user tests
- Design usability studies to help determine future directions of Fidelity digital touch points
- Lead usability test preparation including recruiting, scheduling, and test script development
- Moderate individual usability sessions
- Analyze results and efficiently prepare reports detailing the outcome of usability studies
- Present findings with actionable recommendations to business sponsors and senior management
- Work closely with our internal business partners to identify research goals
- Identify and implement a variety of methods for getting input and feedback from customers
Main qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Experience working on large-scale dynamic websites and applications
- Profound experience in the UX, usability, and/or user research fields
- Contextual inquiry methods, including user interviews and observation
- User surveys (primarily online)
- Usability studies (lab and remote)
