As part of the creation of a start-up specializing in IT recruitment, the SThree Group - one of the world's leading recruiters - is looking for a Social Media Consultant for a 3 month - 6 month internship in Glasgow.

During the pilot phase of the project, you will be responsible for building a Social Media Strategy, create content, build audience, create engagement and convert leads.

Social Media Community Management

  • Manage social media accounts (eg Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
  • Increase the number of followers/likes and engage with potential candidates.
  • Monitor and reply to messages/inquiries from candidate.
  • Build our social media footprint and reputation.
  • Build Paid campaigns (Google AdWords, paid Facebook and LinkedIn Campaign)

Content Management

  • Maintain a monthly social media content plan and calendar.
  • Build campaigns
  • SMA (Social Media Advertising) - sponsored content campaign - Facebook ads
  • Liaising with staff and Talent Acquisition team to create content.
  • Create video content.
  • Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels (and understand how to change the tone of content for each channel).

Understanding and monitoring social media analytics

  • Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Facebook stats, etc.
  • Measure influence, and monitor content
  • Drive lead generation and conversion
  • Build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance against targets

Key Skills Required for the Role:

  • Bilingual French and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • A strong interest in digital, marketing, communications, social media or reputation management.
  • Advanced with key social media tools (eg Twitter and Facebook) and with Microsoft Office products (eg Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • An entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Experience in managing leads generation campaign and paid advertising campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.
  • A proactive, service-minded attitude towards clients and candidates and the teams you support internally.
  • An ability to prioritise work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
