Microsoft Licensing Specialist Contract Dublin. 12 month contract.
My client leading firm in Ireland is in urgent need of a talented and experience Licensing Specialist. You will required to engages with Customers via Mail and Phone to assist customers compliance level against agreed Service Levels.
You will directly interfacing with clients, partners and field sales to assist licensing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction while maximizing customer revenue contribution across Microsoft product, Online and service offerings.
Candidates will have an Understanding of Microsoft product offering and Licensing Rules
Strong Project Management experience, it will be seen as a distinct advantage if you have a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Licensing. Candidates that have a 2nd European (Non English) Language a distinct advantage
