I am currently looking for a capital projects manager.You will have experience around the following:
. Construction projects
. Small scale projects for example: Commercial fit outs, flooring, refurbishment projects.
. NHS Experience
The successful candidate will have the following day to day duties:
- Managing the Construction team
- Coordinating NHS users
- Scope out the work
- Engaging contractors
