INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COORDINATOR
For an international company in Amersfoort we are currently looking for an International Shipping Coordinator.
The International Shipping Coordinator handles all non-standard shipments, operational internal shipments, and oversees the shipping requirements for customer shipments outside the EU.
Daily tasks:
Processes and packs all shipments to other worldwide facilities and European training offices.
Oversee and take care of post shipments for sales and marketing departments.
Verifies all shipping documentation for shipments outside the EU.
Work with freight forwarders when required.
Other duties as required.
Must have skills:
Knowledge and expertise of international shipping requirements, restrictions, customs declarations, and the necessary accompanying documentation is essential.
Familiar with shipping processing.
Management experience
HBO Bachelors degree preferred
Experienced witch Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word
Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch are required
