Requirements
- Create IT procurement strategy (IT Outsource, Data Center, OSS, NFV, etc)
- Optimize IT procurement model
- Support pre-sales projects
- Develop IT procurement capabilities
- Control IT category cost management
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in procurement and purchasing
- Sound knowledge of IT, having come from a leading IT organization
- Good knowledge in OSS/BSS, IT Infrastructure hardware and software, etc
- Familiar with sourcing, supply chain, and cost structure in the IT industry
- Good German language
- Strong professional knowledge in category management, procurement strategy, and supplier management
