Our client is a Tier1 international bank located in Zurich.
We are looking for a contractor/consultant with excellent understanding of strategy, advisory and/or M&A execution experience and commercial contract negotiation.
The role entails senior commercial assessment, structuring, diligence and negotiation of contracts in relation to Transitional Services Agreement ("TSA") for M&A project already live.
Project co-lead / lead on M&A assignment in relation to certain commercial and legal agreements.
Requirements
- 10 years minimum experience of strategy, advisory and/or M&A execution experience and commercial contract negotiation
- Experience dealing with Senior stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm, working within an exciting environment.
The assignment duration is planned for 9 months. Start-date is ASAP.
The client is ideally looking for someone with reduced work level such as 60-80%.
