Regional Sales Manager - Manchester - £60,000 to £70,000 + Double OTEThis position is working for a leading telecoms and IT specialist that help business across the UK transform business performance through communications technology.
Your job responsibility will include being responsible for creating a regional sales team to include business development managers, Telemarketers and telesales staff.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Use the telemarketing team and desk based account managers in place in the Manchester office.
- Contribute to the sales plan and ensure own effective contribution within that plan
- Monitor and appraise sales team activities on a regular basis and offer mentoring and coaching to under performers as required.
- Pro-actively promote all products and services of the business.
- Be flexible and willing to develop product and wider market knowledge
- Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts
- Completing sales visits, discussing business and telecoms requirements and articulating how.
