Individual Commissioning Manager For Children's Complex Care.A key client of mine based in North West England is seeking an Individual Commissioning Manager for Children's Complex Care for a 3 month contract with potential to extend.
The Individual Commissioning Manager must be a Registered Nurse and have excellent clinical knowledge and be responsible for commissioning, planning and coordinating bespoke care packages for children with complex health needs.
The Individual Commissioning Manager for Children's Complex Care will general manage an innovative team of Commissioning Coordinator's and Specialist Nurses of Children's Complex Care to undertake assessment, case management and review of clients in the above categories.
Registered Children's Nurse will attend/sit on Joint Commissioning Panels with relevant Local Authorities as required in order to agree care packages, case management and funding arrangements.
The Individual Commissioning Manager for Complex Care must have at least 3 years experience and have a registered qualification in Nursing.
