Motor Claims Adjuster: Location - Chesterfield, near Sheffield: Rate £150.00 - £200.00 per day: Contract - 6 months
My client is a global blue chip finance leader looking for a Motor Claims adjuster to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a claims contractor as this offer an excellent day rate and contract length. The main focus of this role is to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle the most complex of the Express Claims
Responsibilities of Motor Claims Adjuster:
- Role requires proficiency in Property, MOJ, fraud and 3rd Party also
- Utilizes acceptable investigation claims handling
- Settlement techniques that achieve cost effective
- Timely closure results by obtaining, reviewing and analysing documentation, policy provisions and records
- Utilizes diary system to pro-actively resolve outstanding issues
- Ensure timely processing and closure of claim
- Provides timely service throughout the life of the claim - ensuring SLA's are adhered too
- Contact to all appropriate parties
- Responding to incoming inquires according to company policy and procedures
- Adhering to all policies
- System data and documentation - recording, analysing, and summarizing information is essential
- Identify opportunities
- Identify potential fraud and raise where necessary
Skills of Motor Claims Adjuster:
- Working experience of Commercial motor claims - (own damage, third party property, MOJ claims, fraud indicators etc.)
- Desk Management
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal & ability to communicate information clearly
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work day and escalations - time management
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Acquiring adjuster licenses
