Requirements
- Identify customer pain points and requirements, make the effective selling and winning strategy, development the competitive solution and proposal, and finally win the bidding. It’s NOT just a presales support which is requested by sales (This is very important).
- Understand customer’s industry business, understand account organization, decision making structure. Build relationship/network with as much customer people in an account as possible, customer satisfaction management. Must have the Call high ability.
- Build relationship with internal cross-functions such as Account sales/Presales, Product team, R&D team, etc. Leverage resources needed to fulfill consulting service projects.
- Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned project, compose and maintain design specifications and component documents.
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
- Engages other engineering teams & groups to drive a complete solution with Interoperability requirements in mind.
- Establishes strategies to track progress, evaluate risks and establish mitigation plans.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in a technical consulting role
- Solid technical skills in cloud/data center planning and architecture design; Cloud application; Cloud computing management with virtualization, etc
- Good agile development and process concept
- Strong IT consulting understanding and methodology usage
- Flexible to travel up to 50% within Western Europe
