We are currently recruiting for a Local Microwave Coordinator to join their business in Germany.

Position Title: Microwave Project Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Secure delivery process according to delivery process in the network build.
- Order tracking.
- Take a leading position in process issues within the delivery project.
- Securing delivery deadlines are kept.
- Handling the interface towards sub-contractors.
- Handling the interface towards customer.
- Handling the interface towards internal contact’s.
- Coordinate quality audits Status reporting (internal, external).
- Vendor invoices validation and billing accuracy.
- Investigate overcharges or any incorrect charges and resolve with supplier.
- Post acceptance certificates into database.

Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of telecommunications with a focus on microwave.
- Office tools skills (PC, Windows 2000/NT, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Good cooperation skills.
- Good customer communications skills.
- Negotiation skills o able to work alone.
- Team spirit and knowledge sharing qualifications.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in microwave engineering is an advantage.
- Problem solving capabilities with a business and customer perspective.
