Description

Sales Team Leader/Program Manager required by a global sales and marketing company to be responsible for the management of 10+ B2B IT Sales Developers and Lead Generators. The goal is to enable the team to hit target, which is to sell higher vendor status to existing Vendor Partners.

The team will consist of 10+ UK focussed sales people. There will be possible scope to manage multilingual sales developers for the EMEA markets.

Requirements

- Management of successful sales teams of 10+ people

- Experience effectively communicating with and managing global vendors/blue chip companies
