Customer service representative
Languages: German, Austrian, Swiss or Czech in combination with English.
Enschede area, full time employment (40 hrs), start is ASAP, B2B environment, salary monthly: euros gross.
International client, setting up new customer service desk (B2B). You will be responsible for all sort inquiries from client and local sales department and order processing. For the order processing you need to coordinate everything from A - Z. From order entry, the transport planning via forwarding agent and payments.
Requirements for customer service
- Fluent in German, Austrian, Swiss or Czech in combination with English;
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Customer orientated
- Affinity with a technical environment
