My client has an excellent opportunity for a Global Program Lead contract role, based in New York, for 6 - 12 months.

Role description:
The Global Program Lead will be responsible for leading strategic projects, resulting in the delivery of new Product Lifecycles Services solutions. Projects will be functionally diverse.
Key accountabilities:
- The Global Program Lead will be expected to build and lead virtual project teams with members from across the business
- Direct responsibility for managing budgets (ranging from $200k - $10m) and delivering and tracking savings.
- End to end responsibility for planning and driving all elements of assigned projects within appropriate governance arrangements.
- Work with planning and validation to understand the intended scope and convert to actionable projects
- Assist Senior Management in the definition and prioritisation of projects
- Manage and drive major transformation projects/programs
- Build, organise and sustain multi-disciplinary teams
Ideal experience/skills:
- A proven Change agent with significant program/project management experience, involving large scale, cross-functional projects across multiple disciplines
- Experience in managing teams and motivate associates with varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, process and data driven approach
- 5 years + experience leading significant organisational change and/or process improvement projects
- Degree in technical or business discipline
- Preferably - Management consulting, Outsourcing or Pharma background
