NON capped Clinical Coding contract on offer !!! Avoid any rate drops and secure a contract for December or January start in advance.One of my NHS clients is in need of a number of Contract Clinical Coders to help cover a number of substantive posts and also bring down a back log before the end of the financial year. This client has a wealth of experience and regularly has training on site for the team so its a great opportunity to keep yourself refreshed and earn while you learn.
The Clinical Coding manager will be personally supporting the initial back log project and then considering successful contractors to stay on to cover for substantive posts past the initial 3-6 month period.
This is one of the only remaining client who can commit to a set day rate without any reductions mid contract and also offer you a flexible working pattern to complete your 37.5 hours.
To apply for this post you must have the following:
- ACC/NCCQ qualification or have a minimum of 3 year experience as a Clinical Coder (UK based)
- Experience with coding from paper based case notes and interpreting them onto the hospital EPR system.
- Able to achieve a minimum of 30-40 episodes per day and up to the national minimum standard
- Able to commute daily or stay away from home for the 37.5 hours per week required
Desirable skills/experience
- NCoder/Medicode experience
- 3 Years post ACC/NCCQ
- Previous contracting experience
In return the client can offer up to £240 per day depending on experience and Real Staffing are able to put you in touch with on site accommodation team if you are planning to stay over in the week.
