Requirements
- Lead a team of experts for structuring, negotiating, and executing project contracts with its international customers
- Manage risks aspects of project contracts
- End to end understanding of the pre-sales and pos-sales telecommunications business
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to process high end contracts and achieve financial targets
- Structure competitive commercial solutions packages and and business models
- Manage the company’s internal control processes and procedures
- Conduct analysis of existing contracts and improve service quality
Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin speaker
- Experience in mega projects (> USD 100M) negotiations and dispute settlement
- 15+ years of high end commercial experience, in telecommunications, technology, or ICT industries
- In depth knowledge of contract and commercial law
- Good familiarity with telecommunications equipment and services
- Strong initiative and drive
- Effective negotiator
