Senior Research Manager - Leading Pharmaceutical organisation - Breda
Our client a growing industry leading organisation is in urgent need of Senior Clinical Manager - focusing on research projects & initiatives.
You will work with CRAs & QA in Switzerland & The Netherlands on a variety of Clinical Research projects and trial phases.
The successful Research Manager will coordinate and oversee all study management, working closely with the clinical program managers. The focus of the role is to ensure the highest scientific, ethical, quality and statistical standards are carried out.
The Project Manager will have a leading role in planning, coordinating and completing project work, and will work closely with external clients/sponsors, internal project team members, vendors, and suppliers to ensure satisfactory delivery of contracted services and achievement of contracted milestones for assigned projects.
- You will manage and coach CRA & Study Specialists
- Coordinate objectives and strategy on projects
- Create documentation & reports in alliance with the office of Medical Affairs
- Managing Cost centre
- Drive Cross-functional/departmental initiatives
- Ensure project is conducted according to UBC and client SOPs

This position will have some travel around Europe.
Your background will cover a scientific discipline and you will have demonstrable experience in clinical, research and overall Project Management & Coordination.
