Project Manager is needed to join one of my top tier investment banking clients on a six month contract to work on the expansion of their global web chat system.The bank are looking to move fast with this hire and want a contract on the table before Christmas.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have experience of Project Managing global projects
- Experience in project managing web chat systems
- Experience in using LivePerson or 24/7, Moxie Live Chat, Genesys Live Chat
- Good stakeholder management
- Experience in working together with offshore parties
