The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage a team of Agile Delivery Managers. You will provide guidance, mentoring and training in agile delivery across the team. You will manage one or more agile projects, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team and deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently. You will also define project needs and feed these into the programme/portfolio process.
You should have demonstrable experience of delivering complex technology products using Agile and Waterfall methods and used appropriate project management methodologies to deliver successful outcomes quickly and for the integration of technology services. You will have managed both internal teams and services from external supplier organisations and also will have a proven track record of working successfully with a range of challenging stakeholders.
