Mission
- Leads detailed requirement phases in collaboration with BA and technical analysts.
- Performs and document AS is and to Be model in collaboration with the business.
- Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle and CMM deliverables utilizing reporting tools, requirements
- Together with Project Manager, determines best mix of development, interfacing applications, core system development. Short term/Long term solutions.
Key Competencies Required:
- Requirements methods: interviewing, Datamodelling, business process modelling, Interfaces modelling.
- Different requirement methodologies: methodology of Object Orientation, Use Cases, Unified Modeling Language, iterative methodologies like RUP and traditional waterfall approach
- Quality Controls
- Cost/Benefit Analysis & alternatives identification
Education/Experience
- Professional with of minimum 8 years in an analyst position in a banking environment.
- A strong experience in Fund Accounting and Middle Office businesses.
