My client, a market leading insurer, are looking to speak to Claims Handlers at different levels.
Firstly, those who are FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims Handlers, to work in their motor claims department as first point of customer contact. It is imperative that the successful candidate understands the importance of the customer journey. Prior experience as a FNOL Claims Handler is essential - due to this role paying well above market rate a minimum of 2 years experience is expected.
Secondly, they are looking for Motor Claims Handlers to join the Commercial Motor Claims team. Experience with all aspects of claims, throughout the end-to-end life cycle of a claim (from FNOL to settlement) is essential. A minimum of three to four years experience as a Motor Claims Handler, dealing with claims end-to-end, is imperative.
These roles are 6-month contracts initially, paying from £170/day for the FNOL Handler, to £290/day for the Motor Claims Handler.
