Summary:
  • Project Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions team.
  • Assemble and coordinate project resources and manage project resource allocation
  • Develop and manage full scale project plans
  • Manage set project timelines, track project deliverables tools
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent, previous M&A experience is a plus but not required
  • Proven experience in people management; proficient in project management software; and direct work experience in project management capacity

  • Maximum 5 years work experience as an IT PM
  • Ability to analyze and Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Proficient at manipulating and cross referencing data sources in excel or sheets
