Practicus are partnering with one of our clients, a forward thinking and innovative tier 1 automotive supplier to find a CNC expert to join their worldwide organisation for an exciting assignment. The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation of a new CNC/Robot cell, and the implications and requirement changes that entails, as well as using their expertise to train employees and provide broader shift coverage across the manufacturing operation.
The candidate, with the right skill set and a positive motivational attitude will be tasked with developing, verifying and implementing programs for existing and new production equipments, improving tool life and advising on critical breakdowns and disruptions to production services. They will also be required to produce training resources and apply training to relevant employees.
Key skills and requirements for this role are:
. Minimum of HNC in CNC Machining or Robotics applications
. Recognised apprenticeship
. 3 years in an automated manufacturing environment
. Positive, motivated mind set
. Emphasis on team spirit
