Description
Summary- The position will be responsible for project managing the redesign of our global annual compensation survey benchmarking program.
- In combination with the Head of Data/Analytics and Head of Operations, this position will be responsible for maintaining and implementing the business requirements for the survey redesign and any related technology development.
- This role requires an understanding of business requirements and the ability to work with key business stakeholders and technology to implement changes.
- Work with the Head of Data/Analytics and Head of Operations to drive product re-engineering
- Understand business requirements and work with key stakeholders, and technology (as required) to implement
- Manage priorities, and escalate conflicts
- Ensure
o Resources are aligned and available
o Communication/marketing approach and materials are in place
o Training is provided
Qualifications
- Candidate should have significant (7+ years) project management experience on a major product and/or process redesign, and demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders in multiple international locations.
- Experience at a competitor firm or other consulting firm is most helpful.
- Good business and technological skills
