Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an 8b CAMHS team manager to take over a newly developed team and lead them to deliver effective and safe CAMHS in the local area.The role is for a duration of 6 months and pays £300 - £350 per day.
The role will be base in the South of England
The successful candidate will have;
-Experience leading CAMHS at 8b or above
- 3 yrs management experience band 7 and above
Responsibilities:
To take overall responsibility for the service delivery and operational CAMHS Team (Tier 2 and 3)
To assist with development of a new CAMHS Team
To Recruit into the CAMHS team
To develop robust inter agency relationships with, Children and Families services
To deploy staff to meet demand and to address any short term deficiencies in cover
To provide, maintain and develop community mental health care to the optimum standard possible within the resources provided.
