My client, a leading Investment Bank, are looking for a strong Client Onboarding Operations Manager to work out of their London offices on a long-term contract basis.

This Client Onboarding Operations Manager role is required to lead a newly formed middle office function that aims to improve the customer experience and journey for all new corporate and commercial customers that wish to join the Bank.

The team is 8 in size and wish to grow in time to 25, the Client Onboarding Operations Manager will need to lead this team and implement any process or IT change that affects the day to day operations of the team.

The successful Client Onboarding Operations Manager will have the following:

- Demostrable experience leading operations team within an Investment Bank, ideally teams of up to 25 in size

- Strong experience leading Operational Teams that are going through significant IT and Business Process Change

- Knowledge of KYC/Onboarding highly desirable but not essential

- The ability to create/assign KPI's to a newly formed team to increase and manage productivity effectively

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term programme with extensions expected for successful candidates. There is also a possibilty for this role to convert to a permanent hire.
