Description

My client, a huge investment bank based in London are looking to take on an Operations Manager to join the Commercial Welcome Team within the Onboarding Lab and in doing so will have the opportunity to help shape future client onboarding.

Key Accountabilities;

- Developing and maintaining a high performing culture, bringing to life the wider Group and Commercial Banking Vision and helping your team to understand how they contribute to the bigger picture, both within local site, and nationally.
- Building, promoting and enhancing the on boarding journey by providing advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Leading, performance managing and coaching your team to deliver targeted business through service performance, and investing time in activities which deliver most value to the Group.
