Description
Summary- The position will be responsible for project managing the redesign of our global annual compensation survey benchmarking program.
- In combination with the Head of Data/Analytics and Head of Operations, this position will be responsible for maintaining and implementing the business requirements for the survey redesign and any related technology development. This role requires an understanding of business requirements and the ability to work with key business stakeholders and technology to implement changes.
- Work with the Head of Data/Analytics and Head of Operations to drive product re-engineering
- Understand business requirements and work with key stakeholders, and technology (as required) to implement
- Manage priorities, and escalate conflicts
- Ensure
o resources are aligned and available
o communication/marketing approach and materials are in place
o training is provided
Qualifications
- Candidate should have significant (7+ years) project management experience on a major product and/or process redesign, and demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders in multiple international locations.
- Experience at a competitor firm or other consulting firm is most helpful.
- Good business and technological skills
- Experience in work data specific projects
- Experience with governance activities
- Experience with stakeholder manager orchestration of activities
