Inside Sales Manager, IT Managed Service Provider, Cheshire £50,000 + Double OTE

An Inside Sales Manager is needed to join an innovative and specialise in IT Managed Services and Unified Communications Value added reseller based in Cheshire. My. You will play a key role in this growth leading their Cheshire based Inside Sales / Business Development Team.

This ISR / BDR team has grown a huge amount in the last 12 months and they are now at the stage where they need a proven & highly motivated Sales Manager to drive performance, streamline process and manage the team day-to-day.

Experience needed to apply for the role:
  • Leading inside Sales / Business Development Teams of 6+ people.
  • Ideally managed teams covering multiple sales territories.
  • Proven track record whilst working within the Unified Communications or infrastructure sales environment.
  • Experience of driving pipeline and day-to-day management.
  • Reporting into Sales Directors based internationally (my client has a matrix management system).
  • Responsibility for sales strategy and developing new markets.
  • Able to lead from the front and get hands-on in the role.
