Description
Site Manager/Foreman
A Site Manager/Foreman from a civils background preferably with fit out/refurbishment experience. Working night shifts you will be responsible for ensuring the fitting of fire alarms into office and commercial buildings.
Desirable
- Experience supervising sites and working with clients
- Fit out experience
Essential
- Willingness to work Monday to Thursday night shifts
- A driving license
- Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH or similar)
- SMSTS or similar
Details
- 4 x 10 hour shifts
- 8 month contract
- Location: Halifax
- Rate negotiable Dependent on experience
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising the site
- Liaising with clients to ensure work meets their standards
- Manage the process and any subcontractors
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
- Communicate clearly
Proven experience is vital as you will be working in a small team in a culture promoting training and development.
