The Client
Our client a leading Charity are looking to hire an Interim Director of Finance for a 3-6 month period as the organisation starts to stabilise following a period of change.
The Interim Assignment
The organisation has recently overseen a restructure and change in strategic direction and therefore the interim will be tasked with bringing some stability to the organisation and function and will have some input into planning the growth model for the future. The role will be to lead and manage the Finance and IT division in the organisations centralised London location and will provide advice on the sustainability and potential expansion for the new business model.
The Interim Manager
Applicants will have worked in large charities who's turnover exceeds £30 millions, leading a large finance function through a period of stabilisation. The role will be central London based but as the organisation runs a federated model so there may be the odd day travelling to the regional sites.
