Fulfillment Manager

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Fulfillment Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all delivery projects inside the account dept., assure major issues solved
- Responsible for the account department. delivery business target (Revenue, Billing, Inventory Turnover)
- Manage and monitor the whole business process from contract handover, order fulfillment, billing until contract close, assure contractual delivery, achieve the billing target of the customers
- Organize bidding support work for new business opportunity development
- Manage and escalate issues that cause the programme to deviate from agreed tolerances
- Manage and develop line managed staff to maximize their contribution to the company whilst at all times maintaining their personal well-being
- Develop new service opportunities within the account by working with service solution manager
- Through the delivery, manage customer expectation, improve customer perception and improve the customer satisfaction through problem solving
- Confirm contract budget, accurately pass the contract requirements to project delivery team
- Through plan integration operation, effectively monitor the contract fulfillment, timely and accurately coordinate the resources, push for the solution of risks and problems related to the contract fulfillment
- Ensure account service profitability targets are achieved including all Variation Requests

Qualification:
- Superior communication skills and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- At least 10 years successfully telecoms projects/programme management experience in a matrix environment
- At least 8 years staff management experience
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Searches and implements creative solutions, going beyond the traditional and the solution should be accepted
- Team player with ability to work with people within multicultural team
- Identifies needs of both internal and external customers and meets or exceeds their expectations in an efficient way
- Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions
- Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following products from mobile network rollout to Transmission, Core, IP, wireless etc.
- A recognized project management qualification (PMI preferred)
